I knew Joey Offutt years ago when she attended our church for a while in Northern Virginia. We hit it off well, but lost touch at some point and I haven’t talked to her in a few years now. I was just made aware that she’s gone missing. Please, if you have any information that could help the police to find her, please let them know.
