I keep meaning to get my blog started Any Day Now In My Copious Free Time, but you’ve beat me to it :). Good stuff; looking forward to seeing more of what you have to say here.

I have read your comments. I don’t have anything to add right now. Maybe something you say will trigger something I just have to address but that hasn’t happened yet. Oh, I guess I should say that your two year old isn’t the monster you say she is. She will grow up and you will think back to this time and wish you could have it back.

I love your journal entries. I just have to laugh reading this because I know what having 2 in diapers is like. I am a born again conservative christian mom, 25, with a 2 year old (Joel) and a 1 year old (Gideon). I just wanted to add my comments about the chance / coincidence post. I think ultimatly it boils down to freewill vs. predestination. I know if you talk to my husband, he errs on the side of freewill but I err on the side of predestination. So God, ever faithful, brings me back to the center (more or less) in my quiet time. LOL
I am looking forward to reading more entries!
    God Bless,

Heya, chickie! I got your card the other day and decided to check out your weblog. It reminded me that I have one I haven’t been using.

I also lost your e-mail address. Do you think you could give me an e-mail, so I can save it this itme?

    Hi Andi,
This is so neat. Thanks for your Christmas letter. Sounds like your new year has gotten off to a normal start for a mother of two. Kevin and I think of you often (at least I do). Thanks for the update and pictures.

    Love you.

Interesting blog, does this site get lots of activity or is it usually slow around here?

Eh… it’s up and down. I haven’t been trying to market it since it’s just my journal, but we do get a good bit more hits on the days Joel or I post of course. Too bad we’re generally too busy to do it every day. 🙂

(I found you!) I miss you. Since you have been “born again” you have cut me from your life as one destined for hell. Whatever your position, I will always love you. I hope someday (soon) you will call. Life is too short and the afterlife too long for this.

Not sure who “EmJems” is, and I have a feeling you’re not talking to me since I was born again at the tender age of 3 and didn’t really have many people to “cut off” at that point. 🙂 Sorry if you thought I was someone else!

Hi Andi! I’ve been reading you ever since Joel introduced me to his site years ages ago. In fact, it’s part of my daily routine. Now that I’m going to be a mom myself it’s so refreshing to read you, to see what you have to say about your kids especially, and know you’ve gone through most kid stuff before me. I’ll keep reading as long as you keep posting. Thanks for that.

I’m so sorry, you two. Thinking of you and praising the fact that you have two beautiful girls despite it all. Beautiful is an understatement. I love you all.

I miss my favorite journalist. When will she write again?

  • 17 Cat // Mar 31, 2005 at 3:51 pm

Hi Andi (& Joel)! I wander over here every now and then to get an update on your lives, so I thought I’d say hello. Hope all’s fine and dandy… xo

  • 18 Heather // Nov 21, 2005 at 10:23 am

Oh I’m beaming for your whole family. Congratulations all of you!

I noticed that Joel doesn’t have “Shattered Promises: Live in ’92!” on his wishlist. Was this an intentional omission or just an accidental oversight? I apologize for passing a poor inside joke through you (especially since we’ve never met), but Joel might get a laugh out of this.

Hi! I stumbled across your blog while looking some things up about the Hitchings’ Roma Gypsy ministry, and it turns out that I am trying to be able to go to Croatia this summer (on a missions trip). That is so awesome that you were able to go to help with the shoeboxes (lol- I’m jealous of you)! And that you posted the info about Vedat, I was praying for him too :). I just wanted to say hi, it’s not everyday that you find someone who got to visit Croatia!
